Submitting a form, email or WhatsApp message does not create a confirmed booking or require Aqua Flow to perform the work. A job is arranged only after the scope, location, availability and any applicable costs have been confirmed directly with you.
4. Quotations and changes
A quotation is based on the information and conditions reasonably available at the time. Hidden damage, inaccessible areas, incorrect information or additional work may affect the scope and cost. Any material change should be discussed before additional work proceeds.
Call-outs inside Bloemfontein are free. A travelling fee applies outside Bloemfontein and should be confirmed before the visit is arranged.
